Significance of the Study

The researcher conducted this study to compare the success of students instructed in a virtual
or face to face class in Organic Chemistry. The result of the study could be highly significant and
beneficial specifically to the following:

Parents: The research will benefit the parents as the findings will help them to know what the
best teaching mode and strategy for their children and they offer support to the learning
structure, and reinforce the goals of their children that can be accomplished in and out of school
with education.
Students: The research will benefit the students to know what is the best mode of teaching for
themselves in Organic Chemistry.
Teachers: The research will benefit the teachers to know the teaching strategy will provide
much-needed effectiveness and allow them to maximize the potential for individual learning
curves and styles in teaching Organic Chemistry.
Future Researcher: The result of this study can serve as basis for further comparative study of
having a virtual and a face to face class in teaching Organic Chemistry.
