Nur Afini : Good morning, Doctor Windy office, Nur Afini speaking, can I help you ?

Dinda : Good morning, I need to make an appointment with Doctor Windy

Nur Afini : Have you been in to see Doctor Windy before ?

Dinda : Yes, I have. I had a physical last month

Nur Afini : Okay do you know your chart number miss ?

Dinda : No, sorry, I don’t bring it cause that’s in home and I still in my office

Nur Afini : No problem miss, what’s your name please ?

Dinda : Dinda Nur Pratiwi

Nur Afini : Thank you, Ms.Dinda, let me pull up your fil, please wait a while

Dinda : Sure
Nur Afini : Thank you for waiting Ms.Dinda, what’s the reason for you making an
appointment ?

Dinda : I’ve cold last week and headache for 3 days, I can’t sleep at the night cause my
flu and headache, I’m not appetite and I feel so weak

Nur Afini : I'm sorry the doctor is not taking new patients for today, how about next
Monday at 10 in the morning ?

Dinda : I’m still working at 10, can I make appointment when I get home from work at
Three half o’clock in the afternoon ?

Nur Afini : Let me see, the doctor still have patient at three half o’clock, how about at four
o’clock ?

Dinda : Yes, it’s okay

Nur Afini : All right, I’ll write you in for four o’clock in the Monday, we’ll call you if there
any cancellations

Dinda : Okay, thank you for fitting me in

Nur Afini : No problem, Ms.Dinda, Well see you then
