flexibility. Customers are likely to prefer to dine outside because of unpredictable

V. RESEARCH PROBLEM/OBJECTIVES:

Researchers aim to investigate Alfresco facilities' effectiveness on consumer


satisfaction during this Covid-19 pandemic.

1. What are the key hustles of consumers' intent of dining out?


2. What strategies do Alfresco facilities need to deploy to maintain a day to day
operations during the pandemic?
3. What could be the possible ways to be the main focus of the restaurants once the
pandemic is contained?

VI. EXPECTED OUTPUT:

In this study, we seek to recognize consumers' comfort towards Alfresco dinings


and to suggest recommendations for Alfresco facilities about the consumer's
preferences of a restaurant setting to broaden the level of consumers' satisfaction.

strictly confidential and should have full consent from participants.
