WORK LIFE BALANCE IN OUTLOOK

The print media industry as known is one of the significant industry in India.
But, they are facing acute problem in overcoming work life balance among
their employees. It is also prevalent in Outlook. It happens mainly due to its
nature. Here employees have to work 24*7 and even have to stay out and
away from their families for weeks for excellent reporting of the correct and
accurate news. The employees also have to work intensively especially
during the emergencies with the critical schedules and due to this many
loose the balance in their lives.

I have conducted a comprehensive study and found out the work life
balance of employees belonging to different industries. The result of the
study is as follows :

The study was conducted between the Age Group of 22-40 years old.
