Re-run UPM_Daily_Morning in task scheduler (or run 02_daily_call.bat) after get confirmation from the
UPM team that the file completed

Special case for ftth : if the data looks good in the web application, do manual adjustment in fa_vlan.hist_<YYYYMM>_sumhourly_inf_vlan
