Module 3, Unit 4 (Engage) – Activity

1. How are you coping with the shifts, discomforts, adjustments and even the
negativities brought by this pandemic?

 It's difficult to cope with this pandemic. We're all new, and it's exciting to be here.  It hasn't yet
become part of the routine to me. As for me, I'm dealing with my problems through music and
spending time with my family and close friends, I am able to relieve tension and other negative
emotions. To stay calm and keep my thoughts straight during this task, I listen to a lot of music.

2. Who have been accompanying you in these difficult times?


 It's difficult to cope with this pandemic. We're all new, and it's exciting to be here.  It hasn't yet

3. Despite our current state, what do consider as your blessings for which you
remain grateful?

 My health is something I consider a blessing. Even in the midst of it all, I believe there is a
pandemic in which individuals are becoming emotionally and physically ill. I'm still
thankful for my good health.
