Dear Madam Aida Salina,

REASONS FOR BEING ABSENCE FROM LECTURE

Referring to the above matter, I would like to inform you that the reason behind my absence on 26
October 2020 classes at 10am until 12pm was because of the internet connection. I tried so many
times to enter the google meet on that day but due to the network issues which is happening to me
often.

I admit my fault for not informing you of the problem but however I have catch up on that day lesson
with any classmate. I was informed the topic is about discounted technique

I would like to seek for apology for not attending the class. I promise that this kind of situation will
never happen again. I really hope for your kind consideration and understanding. I am really sorry
for the inconvenience.
