Below are few data that one should remember while solving guess estimation problems. These will help
you reach at a number that is close to the actual value which you are guesstimating.

Rural : Urban split = 70 : 30 = 900 : 400 million

Average household size in India is 4. (Urban - 3, Rural - 5)

Households in India = 1300 Million / 4 = 325 million
