➢How to be an Alpha?

Learn to be in the Top Category of People Who Attract & Dominate

Every-Time!

(If You’re not an Alpha,You’ll Have a Hard Time Attracting People!)

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

1) Prefer 'Class' over 'Swag'

This one is no rocket science. There is something

intimidating about staying suave and classy. Imagine a man
in suit walking in between a herd of guys whose jeans are
falling to new lows created by mankind. Who do you think
will stand out? Swag is associated with being a rebel.

Running Title of Presentation 5 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

A guy who doesn't care about anything else and believe himself to be an alpha
male. While that might work in a short while, but in a world obsessed with
trends, it is bound to fade away. Class on the other hand is eternal and being a
gentleman could never go out of fashion.

Running Title of Presentation 6 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

2) Language

Imagine walking up to a girl and uttering, "Hey! You look dope. Wanna hang
around for coffee? We can be like Fraands and stuff"

What do you think the result will be.

Running Title of Presentation 7 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

Now replace it with- "Hey! You look absolutely gorgeous. How about we grab a
cup of coffee and get to know each other better?"

Simple. Elegant. No fancy words. Does the trick.

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

3) Don't let the expectations demoralize you. Be yourself

Yeah you read it right. In today's world the expectations are high. They all want a
guy who has the brains like Sherlock, is funny like Chandler, rich like a Lannister
and ripped like Superman. Well before all the feminists blast this answer with
comments 'all men are pigs' (irony intended), this just isn't true. No man can be
all of that.

Running Title of Presentation 9 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

So don't feel demoralized if you think that you can't be the alpha male
because you don't have the physique like the guy next to you. He might be
adored as a hunk, but his IQ might be lower than the room temperature.

Be confident with what you are. That is the key.

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

4) Stand Out

You don't have to become super famous or an entrepreneur to stand out.

You just don't have to be average.

Running Title of Presentation 11 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

You can be known as the guy who can write really well, or the Picasso of
the group or the one who is always shy. Identify the things you are good at
and carve a niche for yourself. Just remember to not be that guy lost in
oblivion, people have trouble with trying to remember his name.

5) Appearance matters

Go anywhere today and you are bound to find a guy with the ‘Modern haircut',
'Beard like that of a Naga Sadhu', wearing dark reflective Ray Bans and holding a
cigarette in one hand while wearing a 'Being Human T-shirt'. Unfortunately, it's
the trend and it is in every nook and corner of the country by now.

Appearance matters. A well groomed guy has a major chance of standing out.
Just don't blindly follow the herd. Wear what suits you. Get the haircut ideal for
your face type. Invest time in googling about grooming tips for men.

6) Fluency

This point is specially prevalent for India in particular. Fluently

utter English in a group and see your Alpha male status stride
towards new highs. No matter how much one might say that
this point is incoherent. I've practically applied this and it just
isn't about social gatherings. It also helps one in interviews and
public speaking. Plus it makes you stand out from the crowd.
So there is that.

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

7) Etiquette

People inherently observe the little things and it makes a huge difference. Being
an alpha male is not about brawn and showing your influence over the lesser
mortals. It is about how you behave.

So the next time you're on a date, Google dining etiquette. Remember to hold
the door for her, ask her about how her day went and give her space if needed.

8) Do not be an open book

Do not be the one who reveals everything about himself right at the beginning.
Over a period of time, people will start taking you for granted. Keep a bit of
mystery about your past which no one knows or maybe a few. Drop hints over
time, let people wonder what happened to him back then. Create mystery
around you and pull them in. Over time people will start seeking your company.

9) Knowledge is power

A well informed guy will have no trouble gaining the alpha male status. Here is
the truth, a person with intellect is well respected by friends and foes as well.
There is nothing more alluring than a well formed mind, no matter which gender
you belong to.

Running Title of Presentation 20 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to be an Alpha?

10) Say No

Avoid being a pushover and develop the habit of saying no. It will probably help
you in all walks of life. This gives a clear message to anyone that you are a force
not to be messed with and since you intend to be the alpha male, it will
definitely come in handy.

➢How to Build a Positive Nature?

Simple Ways to Keep a Positive Attitude at Work...

Running Title of Presentation 22 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

When people think of having a positive attitude, they probably think it’s little
more than plastering a smile on their face and trying to think happy thoughts.

But it’s more than that.

Running Title of Presentation 23 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

A positive attitude is something that goes deeper

and has an effect beyond surface cheer. Negative
attitudes promote fear, and a narrowing of focus
and the mind, while positive attitudes do the
opposite. No one should live in a constant state
of “fight or flight”, but negative attitudes create
exactly that scenario.

Running Title of Presentation 24 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

1. Surround yourself with positive people.

The old saying “birds of a feather flock together” can be viewed two ways. Either
people who are similar naturally find each other, or people in a group become
the same over time.

Surround yourself with positive people.

Running Title of Presentation 25 of 60

2. Fill your mind with positive input.

The same way that the people you are around change you to be more like them,
so is what you feed your mind.

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

Listen to positive music with headphones. Listen to uplifting audio books on the
drive into work. Read books that are encouraging. Watch videos and listen to
podcasts that are positive or help you improve skills.

If you are what you eat holds true for your body, your mind is what you feed it.

3. Control your language.

No, this isn’t about the language police, or trying to swear less (although the
latter is probably a good idea). This is about being conscious of the words you
use when speaking and thinking.

Be aware of how you choose to think and speak at work. Find a positive way to
view everything and everyone.

4. Create a routine for the day.

Routines get a bad rap.

Running Title of Presentation 29 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature
It’s easy to think that if you have a routine at work, you’re stuck in a rut or
you’re not “flexible”. The truth is, though, that routines give us good fall-back
structure. A morning routine is especially good, since for many people, the
morning is both when we’re most alert and awake yet sometimes not able to
buckle down and get started.

5. Be nice to other people.

Being kind to other people makes you happy.

A study in the Journal of Social Psychology found that doing

something kind for people has the same effect as trying new
and exciting things when it comes to feeling happy.

Running Title of Presentation 31 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

6. Don’t rely on an outside source of positivity.

Carry a positive attitude with you.

Think of a positive attitude like a survival tool: carry it with you at all
times for emergencies.

Running Title of Presentation 32 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

Whether you rely on a phrase that you repeat over and over when times
are stressful or you have some other trick to help resurrect and keep a
positive attitude, be sure to come up with a mechanism that doesn’t rely
on someone else or a specific situation.

Running Title of Presentation 33 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

7. Create high points in each day and week.

One of the best parts of an exciting vacation is the days leading up to it,
when you have it to look forward to. Knowing something good is coming
can make otherwise dreary days more bearable.

Running Title of Presentation 34 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

You can create the same effect by creating small “high points” in each day
to help you get through projects or days that might otherwise seem
draining. This is why taking breaks is important, but not every break is as
valuable as they could be.

Running Title of Presentation 35 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

8.Assume responsibility, and choose your response.

Refusing to take responsibility for your actions and your situation, or not
taking control of how you respond, kills a positive attitude immediately.

Running Title of Presentation 36 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

After all, if something happens and you’re at fault or in some way

responsible, refusing to acknowledge it means you can’t correct the
behavior and it will happen again, and you also set yourself up for a
victimhood mindset in which things happen to you.

Running Title of Presentation 37 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

9. Decide your reaction to known problems ahead of time.

Whether it’s clients or co-workers or regular projects,

there are some things at work that you are always going to
dread dealing with.

You know they upset you. Decide beforehand that they will
not.

Running Title of Presentation 38 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

If a client always has to make changes, expect it. Choose to be calm about
it, to not let it bother you. Try to look at the client or co-worker that’s
driving you nuts in a different way. Maybe they are having a bad time at
home, or they are stressed themselves.

Running Title of Presentation 39 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

10. Breathe deeply.

Breathing deeply tricks your body into calming down. Calm people have
better attitudes.

Running Title of Presentation 40 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

If you find yourself getting a bad attitude about something, find a place
where you can be alone, and do some deep breathing exercises. Not only
does it reduce stress, but it helps you clear your mind and see the
situation in a different way.

11. Make a mission statement.

Do you have a personal mission statement?

Where you work probably has a mission statement, but you should have
one yourself.

Running Title of Presentation 42 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

A personal mission statement will help you define your purpose at work,
what your life is about, and what motivates your behavior. It’s a good thing
to fall back on when work gets crazy and you’re confused about what it is
you’re doing.

Running Title of Presentation 43 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

12. Have personal goals.

Goals are a bit different from personal mission statements in that they are
specific things you want to achieve. They’re kind of like the rewards I
talked about earlier in that they give you something to look forward to.

Running Title of Presentation 44 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

It’s tough to be positive if you think you’re going nowhere. Goals are the
proof that you have a plan and you’re working towards something. They
are evidence of forward, positive motion.

Running Title of Presentation 45 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

13. Stop complaining.

We mentioned how you need to control your language. That obviously

covers complaining, but complaints are such a huge issue that they warrant
their own section.

Stop complaining.

Running Title of Presentation 46 of 60

Impress & Attract Anyone - How to Build a Positive Nature

Complaining does nothing. If you’re around people who complain a lot, get
away from them.Try to see the situation in a positive or different light.

Complaints are a way of seeing everything in a negative light without

considering any other explanation. It’s a one-way road to dissatisfaction
that builds the further you travel it.

siblings provide information about various things.

Attitudes developed by an individual, whether positive or negative are the

result of family influence, are very powerful and difficult to undo.

b. Peers:

As the individual develops, he comes in contact

with outer world and peers in first place. Peers
include same age friends, neighbours, classmates,
etc. The child tries to internalise the attitudes of
these people.

c. Social adjustment functions:

This is otherwise called balance theory. Every society has majority of

people who prefer to lead a harmonious life. They try to avoid
unnecessary friction of conflicts with people. Naturally, they are inclined to
develop positive attitudes towards most of the people and issues.

d. Direct instruction:

Sometimes direct instruction can influence attitude formation. For

example, somebody gives information about a hair dye or usefulness of
some fruit, we develop an attitude about that product, may be positive or
negative.

Prejudices are preconceived ideas or judgments where one

develops some attitudes on other people, objects, etc.,
without proper information. For example, disliking a doctor
or a nurse without knowing their abilities, just because of
their caste, religion, region, nationality, etc.

Focus on What Happened and Why

While you may be fully aware every time you don’t represent yourself well
off the bat, the reason for the subpar exchange is often unclear. Taking the
time to really think about and reflect on the underlying factors at play
during an awkward or unremarkable encounter is a great way to get to
the bottom of why things didn’t work out the way you’d anticipated.

AdmitYour Mistake and Move On

Although you may be tempted to assume that once someone has a

negative first encounter with you, there’s not much that can be done to fix
it, you should avoid this kind of thinking. Oftentimes the simplest way to
move forward is to just fess up to whatever you’ve done to start things off
on a not-great note, and then ask for a do-over.

Once you’ve gotten clear on what went wrong—and you’ve

perfect first impression is to make sure that the second time (and
every time going forward)
