Yes, I have a regular fitness program. I often do exercise at home like push up and sit up.

I always do
it every day, I usually do exercise every morning, but sometimes I do it in the afternoon.

No, I never go to a gym.

Of course, I like badminton. I only play it when I want to. So, sometimes I play once a month or twice
a month.

I often go to take long walks. I go on long walks once a week and I usually walk 5 km. I almost always
go to the rice fields around the house for walks.

I maintain my diet and drink enough water, besides that I also maintain my sleep pattern.
