Adding Authorized Signatory

Step 1 Requirements
 Submission of 1. The current authorized manager to submit a signed request letter
requirements for stating the appointment of the authorized signatory & the contact
initial approval. mobile number of the new authorized signatory (Upon Availability of

Section: Customer 2. Submit passport copy of the new authorized signatory along with the
Service. residency visa (Upon Availability for the new authorized signatory)
 Location: DAFZ HQ 3. Submit a copy of valid DAFZ license.
Ground Floor. 4. Put Online request for add new board through Tasheel (Name should
exactly be the same as the passport)& provide the transaction No.
Step 2 Requirements
 Submission of 1. Original legalized Resolution issued from the Mother
requirements for Company/shareholders of the DAFZ Company stating the appointment
final approval. of the new authorized signatory (name/nationally/passport number) in
 Concerned the company registered in Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Section: Licensing 2. Original Legalized Power of attorney for the new authorized signatory.

Third Floor. 3. Original Legalized Specimen signature for the new authorized signatory.

Notes:

 The initial approval is valid for a period of 6 months only during which the requirements for step
2 must be provided to complete the transaction.
 Following the initial approval, the company may contact the Licensing Section to obtain a
specimen of the required Resolution & Power of attorney.
 The Resolution, the power of attorney and the specimen signature of the new authorized
signatory must be fully legalized.
o Notarized by the Notary Public in Dubai Courts or equivalent authority (Free Zone Registrar)
if Mother Company/ shareholders are in the UAE.
o Notarized and Attested by the UAE Embassy in the country of origin of the Mother
Company/Shareholders and then Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai if received from
outside the UAE.
 All documents should be in English or Arabic only. If presented in other language, legal
translation is required.
 Legal documents having several pages should be sealed.
