Activity: MY GENOGRAM

Instruction:
1. You will create your own family and career genogram. It can include the education and/or
career choices of their parents, guardians, siblings, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. You
are encouraged to go back as far as you can, to great-grandparents or further if possible.
You are to focus on those individuals that are emotionally closest to you. Also, you may
complete your genograms with your families’ assistance.
2. Create an exceptionally attractive genogram in terms of design, layout, neatness, and
colorfulness. More so, label all listed family members associated with colorful lines. You
may add illustrations and photos of your family members, nicknames, and the like Make it
as creative and innovative as you can.
3. You will be given an ample time to complete your genograms.
