Reflection

Teaching demonstration for me is not an easy job where you will just
stand in front of your students and discuss whatever you wanted to discuss,
it’s not all about performing or presenting the topic to the learners but it is all
about how will you transfer the learnings to the learners where they can easily
adapt or catch up the lesson because learners have different levels of learnings
and understandings. You need to prepare everything, and the lesson that you
are going to discuss.

Also, making of lesson plan is not that easy as what I have think before
because to be honest it needs a lot of focus and it is very important thing that a
teacher must have in order to have an organize flow of discussion during class
hours.

After experiencing it all, I learned that in order to make the discussion

done successfully as a teacher, I should also prepare myself and be
knowledgeable about the lesson that I am going to share in the class. To study
the lesson that I’m going to present many times so that I will be able to deliver
the information very well to the learners. With that, the transfer of knowledge
would be successful and fruitful also.
