2-1/8" 2-1/8" mark Stamps:

Cardstock:
Basic Black, Real Red
& Whisper White
5-1/2" Ink:
Basic Black
Real Red Marker
Accessories:
Silver Brad
2-1/8" 2-1/8" mark Real Red Grosgrain
(from 5-1/2") Cardstock: 4-1/4" x 9-3/4" (from 5-1/2") Paper Trimmer/Scorer
SCORE at 5-1/2"
With a pencil, MARK the 2-1/8" above and below the 5-1/2" score line (on both sides)
SCORE from one TOP 2-1/8" mark across diagonally over the 5-1/2" to the other side BOTTOM 2-1/8" mark
SCORE from the remaining 2-1/8" marks diagonally, to from an X
MARK the "center point = 2-1/8" at the top of your card (the smaller "half" from the 5-1/2" scored line)
CUT from the top center 2-1/8" diagonally to each side's 2-1/8" mark
Fold along all score lines, then fold middle section inward to create "grad hat" shape at top of card

For Whisper White 4" x 5-1/4" inside layer:
With a pencil, MARK the 2" center mark on one end
Then Mark 2" from that end, along each side
Cut from each side 2" mark to the 2" center mark to create a point
