1.

Once release manager get the approved CHM to start the deployment process in the
change window.
2.Measuring and monitoring process to achieve a timely release within defined
budgetary limits and defined quality standards
3.If any unsuccessful/issues for deployment we have to deploying for hypercare
activity ie Deployment startdate+1week
4.Once Hypercare activity done Release manager will send deployment completion
notification.
5.If any deploy components request came after completion of Hypercare activity it
would not supported to deploy we can wait for next release window.
