The Engineer's Decision on documents submitted for his consent shall follow the classification below:

Decision "I": As CDM Smith is not yet employed in the capacity of Supervision Consultant on the Artscape works,
a review has been performed on the this submittal for information only. This review is only for the
general conformance of the submittal, based upon the information available in the Project
documentation. Any errors, omissions and/or deviation from the project shall not relieve the
Contractor of his responsibility under the Contract.
