Don’t dare contain it

Coz it will only consume you from the inside
out
Let those demons out
Forego all inhibitions
Revel in the randomness
The uncertainty
The non-direction of it all
Coz such is life
Not everything has to make sense
Stop trying put order into things
Some things are better left as they are
Untouched, raw, roaring
Don’t cover your serrations
Liberate yourself from boxes, expectations
Let the beats within
Come out, and wreak havoc
You’d be hurting yourself if you wouldn’t
Never try to find the perfect wavelength
because
Non such exists
Instead, enjoy what you have
Those fleeting moments of joy
Grasp them as tightly as you can
It might be a while before you get to savour
them again
Stop looking for hope
It’s been inside you all along
You’re just too caught up with other people’s
definitions of it
That you don’t notice it’s under your nose all
along
The world is already harsh and jarring as it is
Don’t exert unnecessary malic upon yourself
