✔ Establishment of rationale needed for budget approval

Project Overview:

As this project involves choosing the products and services for mobile marketing and the budget allocation
and approval, it is divided into two parts:

● Choosing the appropriate products and services


● Identifying the resources needed

⮚ In accordance with your business objectives, determine which foundational products and services
should be considered - Create a rationale for your decisions
⮚ State desired KPIs and how and when you will measure results

⮚ State what functions need to be outsourced
⮚ Find appropriate resources - Choose appropriate vendors and include the rationale

Reporting and Analysis:

✔ Share the products and services based on business objectives


✔ List the metrics for KPIs
✔ The task that you would do in-house
✔ The task that would be outsourced
✔ List of appropriate vendors and include the rationale

Submission Process:
Capture the screenshot in a word document/make an excel sheet/word as per reporting and add your
analysis comments. Attach the file under the Assessment tab, project 2 for evaluation.
