Mobile for Retention

Project Duration:

Ideally, it would take a maximum of 1 week to drive reservations and sales through existing customers.

Learning from the Project:

You will learn the following in this project:

✔ How to retain the existing customers and increase sales with them
✔ Engage with the customers to assist them in your products and services to increase engagements
✔ Drive additional reservations and sales through existing customers
✔ Create engagement to have customers consider the restaurants when choosing dining places

Project Overview:

Customer retention marketing involves creating campaigns that focus on your existing user base. The goal
is to create habitual active users and repeat customers and increase metrics like session length and
frequency or purchase frequency and average order value.
You would be creating a master plan to reach and acquire your customers using mobile channels. Define
KPIs and methods to achieve them and to analyze the best way to promote your products and services.

Project Task:

● Create a marketing plan to retain customers through the mobile channel


● Incorporate mobile calls to action in other marketing materials
● Create engagement to have customers consider the restaurants when choosing dining places
● Provide a timeline with dependencies
● State desired KPIs and how you will meet or exceed them
● Determine what can be done in-house and what needs to be outsourced

1. KPI - Geckoboard, Salesforce, Grow, Tableau, Olation, Simple KPI, StatsMix, Moz, HubSpot

Reporting and Analysis:

✔ Marketing plan to retain the customers


✔ What is the call to action option used?
✔ Metrics used to measure KPIs
✔ Ways to engage with the customers

Submission Process:
Capture the screenshot in a word document/make an excel sheet/word as per reporting and add your
analysis comments. Attach the file under the Assessment tab, project 5 for evaluation.
