User Manual

Since our system is online, everything important for the user would be explained and
implemented while giving short training when the system is deployed. Rather there is no need of
preparing full user manual because it is only deployed (hosted) on a single machine that is on the
server. But the team has prepared user manual entitled as a help in our system navigation bar that
can guide users when they get any confusion during their usage. So, the following is the common
question most users want to get the answer to have access to our system.

How to use the system or flow of sequences to use the system

 First open the web page of the system

 Next the system shows all information of the system from the displayed homepage
 In login page enter username and password
 Then select the services that you want to use.
