ABSTRACT

The objective Of this work, is to implement the VoIP technology in the inn Aronds to
facilitate internal communication, using the method of qualitative approach and the
techniques of observation, and descriptive. Voip, it is a technology that allows the
transmission of voice by IP, making possible the realization of telephone calls by the
intern. The main concept of VOIP is to leverage an existing TCP/IP network for voice
transmission. It will be presented its advantages and disadvantages and its main
protocols. To obtain the results, we utilise the hypothesis Number1, creating a local
network since the inn did not have a network, the technology was implemented and is
already running part of the inn.
