Supply Chain Management – Project Details

Please be informed that this is a group project. Maximum strength should be not more than 8 to
10 members. You can opt to do it individually as well.

Grading Points:
• Fifteen (15) marks

Project Briefs:
You are required to select an organization from manufacturing or service industry with an active
Supply Chain department. Analyze the end to end process of its business and from its inbound to
outbound activities. Company visit is mandatory. Your report must include the following:
• Company introduction and its business model
• End to End supply chain activities detail
• Mention upstream and downstream partners
• Mention the respective entities in supply chain of the business
• Competitive advantage of the business
• Few challenges in supply chain operations
• Your recommendations with valid reasons
• A proof of company visit in your report along with a GROUP PHOTO taken at the
respective company. Report without the group photo will not be entertained.

Submission:
• A comprehensive report fulfilling the above requirements
• Must be in APA format
• All members should visit and be present in the group photo
• Group photo must be attached in the title page of report
• Must have a title page , Abstract and Table of content as well
• Report will be uploaded on Blackboard
• Minimum word count of report – 2500 words
• Mention the complete names of group members with respective IDs on the title
page
