We are pleased to inform you that the problem on the Circuit B of the above | mentioned Chiller was surmounted yesterday and it has been operating optimally since then. However, the good news will not be complete without reflecting on the problem that bedeviled the Unit before our successful intervention. The Circuit B of the Unit was shutting down on ‘Compressor frequency below min | frequency threshold-Circuit 8’ but was always responding to reset, up to a time we could no longer reset the Unit. | Troubleshooting revealed that the main board and control board mounted in the’ | FD which drives Circuit B compressor were bad. Being cognizant of the fact that the Unit is still under warranty and as a reliable Service provider, we ordered new | main and control boards. Dacor: 6. AJ. Manas, 0. Debayo Donat. 0.
