EPA Arts Center

We have completed the hydraulic impact assessment of this project on our system. The
analysis revealed the project would have minimal impact on the collection system. This
is indicated in the attached report presented by Freyer and Laureta Inc. The hydraulic
analysis was paid for by the developer.

2020 Bay Road

We have also completed the hydraulic impact assessment of this project, the analysis
revealed that an upgrade of some portion of the existing pipeline would be required to
accommodate sewerage discharge from this project. This is indicated in the attached
memorandum. The analysis was paid for by the developer.

University Plaza Phase 2.

This project is still in the conceptual phase, we will be working with the developer on the
project implementation.
