Statistical Treatment Applied

The data received from the study's respondents were interpreted using the following statistical
approach.

1. Simple Percentage – the demographic variables that may affect the online consumer were
assessed using the simple percentage using the following formula:

F = freaquency of each category

N = total number of participants

100 = constant multiplier

2. Weighted Mean - this statistical tool is used to get the average responds of the respondents to
the questionnaire that was assigned.
