Grapes Labelling and Traceability

▪ Examples of the labels used in your packhouses (pictures of box end
labels, stamps, pallet labels, etc.) pointing the information you
require to be recorded in the QC reports.
▪ Information can come in one label, more than one or pre-printed on the
box.
▪ The information displayed on boxes should be enough to trace back the
fruit to farm and packhouse.
▪ If you want AMT Fresh to record information displayed on pallet labels
(Batch, SSCC, pallet ID), please be sure to put a label on all sides of the
pallet.

Box End Labels / pre-printed information
Country of Origin, Company name in COO, address, any
- Company data information required by COO legislation

- Product Table grapes Class: e.g., ‘extra’, class 1, class 2

- Variety e.g., Thompson, Flame Count/weight: e.g., 10 x 500g

- TC Code Barcode, number code, date code any format used by supplier

- Global GAP Number (individual GGN if Option 2) and/or


grower code
Packhouse name and / or packhouse code. Any other
- Packhouse data
information required by COO legislation
