1. Separate the egg. Cream the butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes until light and flutty, then stir in the egg yolks. Mix the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually stir in the milk, if the mixture is too thick, add some more milk 2. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and stir into mixture 3. Brush butter into hot waffle iron. Cook the waffle until golden brown. 4. Serve immediately, waffles taste delicious with cherries, strawberries, and whipped cream or other toppings 5. Waffles ready to eat !!!
