Anny, John and Philip works in a software company (ABC Ltd.) as senior programmers. Anny and John
is very regular to come and leave office, but staying a bit far from office,

tasks for his delay. Their boss Bill gets the jobs done everyday by all and is happy on everyone. One day
John failed to make it done in time - due to reaching office lately, missing the stand-up meeting and had
been called in by Bill next day. John told that he asked for help but Anny couldn't solve and Philip did
not help. After this incident, Anny and John had been found avoiding Philip by showing extra business
especially when Philip falls in trouble. The team outcome becomes poor day by day and clients reported
complaints on qualities. Bill gave them ultimatum to solve the issue among them or he will do it by
himself which may not please everyone.
