NOTICE

The colleges are hereby notified that following Certificate and Grade Cards are ready for
distribution:
Grade Cardsof Even Semester (Backlog Exam) 2019-20,
Degree Ccertificates of 2019-20
Grade Cards of Odd Semester 2020-21
Grade Cards of Even Semester (Final Semester) 2020-21

The colleges are advised to collect the Certificates and Grade Cards from the University
by20/09/2021. The colleges must sent an authorized representative with a letter of authority to
collect the certificates.
Any discrepancy related to Certificates and Grade Cards must be brought into the notice of the
University within 05/10/2021 for resolution.
