解析度
This message indicates that there has been no communication between the Service Processor and the Symmetrix.  The Service
Processor may be hung and require a reboot.

This is considered recoverable for a first occurance.

For information on how to reboot the Service Processor, go to the Symmetrix Support website for a document titled Symmetrix
Service Processor Reboot Guide located on the right-hand side of the screen under Top Tools. To go to the Symmetrix Support web
site, from the home page of Powerlink select Support > By Product > Symmetrix.

In symcli run the command: Symcfg disc -sid XXXX (where sid is the ser# of the symm/Dmx). If the service processor returns back a
promt then this issue is recovered.
