What is the role of culture?

As an informal type of institution, culture is a key factor and affects

global business environment. Culture is a set of norms, rules, and traditions
in a particular area or country, and it impacts how people behave and do a
living. This type of institution is somehow can be connected on how global
business environment goes. To give an example, think of Islam countries --
pork meat is prohibited, therefore, there is no import nor export of those
goods in the region, making their religion affecting the business and trade.
