Question 6

From the graph, it's clear that for identical level of variation, there's a
rise within the average queue or work in process inventory with
associate increasing level of utilization. Additional at low levels of
variation, this increase in work in process inventory is incredibly gradual
with reference to the use. This means that for a process wherever
variation is controlled or less associate improvement in utilization keeps
a bearing on the inventory levels, similarly the same doesn't increase
drastically however comparatively to a lesser degree.

Compare with the case wherever process variation is that the highest at
1.4 the uppermost graph, wherever a rise or improvement in utilization
leads to associate exponential increase in work in process inventory. I.e.
if the method variation is allowed to travel high, the inventory levels or
average queue rises drastically after we are improving the utilization.
Therefore it becomes necessary to stay management on the assorted
levels and keep identical in restraint therefore that the inventory levels
are measure maintained with a rise within the utilization.
