Zaber & Zubair Fabrics limited:

Zaber & Zubair Fabrics limited is a concern of Noman group which was incorporate in 1997 as a
textile industry but commenced its commercial production from March 2000. It is a vertically
integrated company based in Tongi beside the capital city of Bangladesh. It makes sure that the
entire process from start to end is done in a completely quality controlled way. The company has
established itself as the 13th consecutive highest exporter in Bangladesh and it mainly exports its
products to Europe, USA and many other places. They are doing their business with H&M, Zara,
JC penny, American Eagle, Walmart, GAP, TESCO and so many highly rated brands. This is all
because of their clear market segmentation, targeting distinctive buying centers of fast pace
fashion and home textile companies and making marketing strategies as per the requirements.
Before going to the marketing strategies, it is highly important to understand which group is ZnZ
targeting which can be finalized through segmentation. Europe is known for its fashion industry
and perfumes. European fashion style is more well put and sophisticated. They want to be in a
well-mannered clothing where they make sure that the social expectations and etiquette in public
places is met well. Europeans increased their clothing consumption by 60% which is highly
harmful for the environment. Most of this clothing is either burned or dumped in a landfill that is
creating emissions of harmful gases. People now are being concerned environmentally as a result
the European retailer like H&M, Lidl are becoming very environmentally concerned and want
their suppliers to be the same. As a result, they are coming up with eco-friendly products by
keeping the fashion intact. Therefore, it is highly important for the company to come up with
new technologies that will ensure both the requirement and impact the decision making of the
influencers in this retailer. In order to be environmentally friendly, the company recently using
the recycled clothes, having the largest ETP for making safe water, installing solar panels, cotton
clothes, turning sludge into cement, caustic recover plant and so much more. These activities are
actually helping them to market themselves to the world that they eco-friendly.(ZnZ sustainable

The products that they are coming out are based on home textiles and fashion. Under the home
textile product category, the have products under embellishment, kitchen linens, towels, bed lines
and under the clothing brand they have shirts, cargo pants, jackets, t-shirts, denims and so much
more covering FAD and Fashion categories. But among this product the mostly new innovation
is the hydro cool finish which helps preventing sweat even in hot and humid climates, coming up
with Penta blend fabrics where five types of fabrics such as cotton, elastance, lines, pole and
viscose is used. This Penta blend fabric has an exceptionally high demand. All these prodicts are
highly technologized which will have an effect on the influencers of fashion and home textile
industry.
One of the major success factors that made ZnZ company so much successful is their vertical
integration. All in all, the entire final product is in the hands of ZnZ company. They have the
entire control over the quality of the products to meet the requirements of the company and is
less susceptibility to supplier problems. With such highly integrated vertical facility ZnZ is
capable to produce anything and everything which highly appreciated by the influencers of
multinational companies like H&M and so many as they prefer quality over quantity.
For promotion and advertisement activities
 ZnZ usually have fabric weeks which happen every year spring/summer and
autumn/winter sessions. Visitors from European union, Asia, North America and even
the domestics garments associates specially the buying centers of Bangladesh attend
these events. They find out what is happening.
 They even go to their buyer’s fabric weeks to showcase their own products. In 2017 it is
seen that H&M had “H&M mills week” where H&M chose 70% of Zaber and Zubair’s
newly improved and innovative products.
 They also have their website and Facebook page where every step is showcased.
 They are enlisted in the yellowpages Bangladesh directory where companies can easily
contact.

 Company buying center can even visit the factory to understand the quality they are
providing along with the environmental safeties. All these activities helped them to
achieve so many awards and certificates that helps the potential companies trust ZnZ
even further.

In conclusion it can be said that ZnZ company has perfectly segmented and did marketing
activities based on the segmentation. The main target for this company is the buying centers of
fast pace fashion companies who basically want new innovative products that are highly
ecofriendly. Therefore, ZnZ has come up with technologies that produces least amount of carbon
footprint in the world even after making such highly innovative products. They have achieved so
many certificates which will have a positive marketing impact on the company’s image and
potential customers will come forward even further. Their vertically integrated production
system which is showcased in their websites, factory visits is complimenting their image even
further as the entire quality control in their hands and customers can be rest assured which is also
a marketing activity. Because being environmentally concerned can add financial cost to
products but being vertically integrated helps them with the cost. Lastly their tradeshows,
advertisements in Facebook, trade directory, achievement certificates because of their amazing
performance is exceptionally good for future endeavors. Such marketing activities helps create a
trust, commitment and the perfect relation with the present and potential companies.
