In my opinion, it’s difficult to make to tell an employee in a performance appraisal that their work is not
good enough. I’ve worked as an employee for several times, so it’s my viewpoint that the are some
effective way to make on preformance appraisals. First, it’s a good way to start the conversation with a
compliment, it helps your employees feel well and ready to get critism. Moreover, you can go straight to
the problem and be more scientific. Next, ask how you can help and suggest some next steps to help
them improve. Finally, you should pay attention to their performance the following period of time to
help them in some works if they need you.
