By the finger of God, he defied the laws of Physics and parted the Red Sea.

MOSES’ LIFE WAS PREDICATED UPON DIVINE ENCOUNTERS.

HE WAS A MAN OF SEPARATION AND INTIMACY.

GOD REFUSED ALL THE EXCUSES OF MOSES.

Moses gave God 5 very VALID , AUNTHENTIC AND GOOD EXCUSES on why he should not be chosen as
a deliverer at the burning bush.

Among them was He was a stammerer and God rebutted all his excuses.

Suprisingly God did not take away his stammering throughout his life.
This is to say, the callings of God cannot be limited by our human limitations.

NOTHING WAS WRITTEN ABOUT HIM IN HEAVEN UNTIL HE STARTED HIS MISSION.
Though he was a military leader and dwelt in the palace of Pharaoh which seems the fulfillment in life,
he was just existing, not living.

HE WAS THE MEEKEST AND HUMBLE MAN IN HIS GENERATION.

HE BELIEVED IN MENTORSHIP, HE MENTORED JOSHUA.

FROM THE LIFE OF MOSES , WE LEARN HE EXHIBITED FAITH BY REJECTING THE PLEASURES OF LIFE.

WE LEARN DEPENDENCE ON OTHERS IN LIFE FOR OUR LIMITATION BY HAVING AARON AS

SPOKESMAN AND HELPER.

WE LEARN LEADERSHIP BY HIS DIVISION OF LABOUR BY CHOOSING 70 ELDERS.

WE LEARN THE DANGER OF INNACURACY WHEN HE STRIKED THE ROCK FOR WATER.
The instructions of the Lord is nothing more , nothing less.

This single act prevented him from fulfilling his full calling.

MOSES WAS A GREAT INTERCESSOR.

I thought it was God that tells men to repent.

WE LEARN THE DANGER OF REBELLION AND INSURBORDINATION TO AUTHORITY

Aaron and Miriam criticized Moses because Moses made a decision to marry an Ethiopian woman
which was against the covenant of God.

God punished Miriam with leprosy because she rebelled against authority instead allowing God to
deal with the man He has called.

Gods primary desire in the Bible is submission to Authority.
