Project Planning: Schedule is an important part of any project undertaken by an IT professional. Every
time a group/ individual creates an Information System, a plan of activities must be set.
This plan would serve as basis in terms of monitoring every activity an IT professional
must undergo especially in developing Information Systems. The plan would also identify
the following deliverables a project team should prepare and submit to all stakeholders.

Based from the methodology the group had chosen you are to create a schedule using
any available software either proprietary/ open source/ web application. Every activity
must be set accordingly per group and a legend must also be indicated (colored green
for ongoing, blue for done, red for not yet done and yellow to indicate every phase). A
sub-activity must also be set/ stated in every major phase of the methodology. Put the
schedule below or you may use another sheet of paper.

After the schedule, discuss briefly every phase. The discussion could be generic. The
discussion should be based from what you intend to not a definition of the phases given.
