Direction: Answer the following questions.

1. Share your physical education experiences in high school. Compare these

with your expectations in physical education in college.

- When I was in high school, our school had a huge field at the center. On
my first year, we had activities in that oval during our physical education classes.
We would play different sports and just games that require physical effort in
general. Although most of my physical education experiences in high school were
centered practical applications, I can say that there was a balance between class
lectures and outdoor activities. Comparing this to the physical education I
received during college, I’d say college ventures more outside of school activities
like bowling, swimming, and such. But recently, due to the current online classes,
most of the physical education in college and high school alike are conducted
inside our own house.

2. Observe the lifestyle of Filipino and foreign professionals. Do they

participate in physical activities to maintain physical health? Give
examples.

- I think both Filipino and foreign professionals equally participate in

physical activities to maintain physical health; it’s just a matter of what kind of job
or profession they have. For example, if a Filipino or foreign professional works as
a personal trainer, then both of them would exercise regularly in order to
maintain their physical health and excel in their field of work.

3. Do you consider yourself a physically educated person? Why?

- I honestly don’t think myself as a physically educated person, just average.
I believe physical activities require intensive knowledge in order to cater for the
body type of a person. I think in order to be physically educated; you have to
learn the limitations and course of exercise needed for a person with a specific
physique in order for them to be physically fit and healthy.

4. Share your physical activities you have done during quarantine.

- Since I’m not the kind of person who is inclined to sports and physical
activities, the most physical activity I’ve done during quarantine is revolved
strictly around the most bare minimum like stretching, walking around the block,
and occasional push-ups and sit-ups.
