Q How to submit assessment?

A Visit https://www.kid-ex.com/classes-support and go to complete submissions tab and fill the form with
correct details.

Q I am not able to submit video for any activity it is showing error.

A Files need to upload after visiting https://www.kid-ex.com/classes-support and go to complete submissions

tab, fill the required details and select the activity for which student is doing assessment and submit the
video when option comes for “Your submission goes here!!”

Q My assessment was automatically submitted, I haven’t click on submit button.

A Assessment like Vedic maths and chess have been given by coach to complete within time limit, if
assessment doesn’t submit within the mentioned time then it will auto submit and score will be given basis
on the questions answered within the time frame.

Q What will be the grading criteria for any activity?

A Assessment criteria and description has given in the document shared on WhatsApp group, please follow
WhatsApp group and read all the important notifications related to assessments.

Q How will I get my score for my assessment submission?

A Score for all activities assessment will be shared along with the final scorecard after completion of all
activities.

Q I have submitted the activity under wrong selection, how can I correct this?

A Submission is allowed once for any participant, there is no chance of correction after submission of activity.

Q I am not able to upload the video as it’s more than 100 MB?

A If the size of the video is more than 100 MB it’s needed to be compressed fewer than 100 MB.

Q How I can compress the video?
