2 limitations

During our research study, our group faced with a few limitations that cannot be avoided.
The first one is the current situation of our country with Covid-19 issues. These issues have
hinder us from going out to perform a face to face interview with the respondents or handing
out the survey questions ourselves to the respondents while assisting them. Not just that, we
are also unable to identify whether the respondents are a Sime Darby’s customers or not.
This could slightly affect the data we collected as most of the respondents are our family and
friends and they might not even recognized or familiar with Sime Darby’s product or
services.

Besides that, another limitations faced by our group is the sample size of our respondents.
Our total respondents are only 65 people where the number we expected are higher than
that. Due to this, we are unable to gather as much statistical information as we are hoping
for. Not just that, small sample size have also lead to a response bias from the respondents
where the information we collected could be false and have error in some ways.

To conclude, if we manage to overlook the limitation that we might face from this research
study we all might able to gather more accurate information regarding our study.
