2 Reliability Analysis

This research investigates the relationship between service quality indicators and customer
value. According to Athanassopoulos (2000), service quality characteristics might influence
value perceptions. For their knowledge, no research has yet been done to determine if quality of
service and consumer satisfaction are linked.

The goal of this research is to use a Google Form to investigate the influence of customer
satisfaction and service quality. Customer value is a result of consumer evaluations of service
quality, according to Athanassopoulos (2000). Customers are happy with Sime Darby services
76.6% of the time, according to this study. Sime Darby Property Services has just 1.5% of
unhappy consumers.

The majority of those who participated in the survey were between the ages of 18 and 25,
accounting for 81.5% of the total, with females accounting for 63.1% of the total.
