Responsibilities
We are a fast growing on-demand Technology Company and looking for an experienced Chief
Operating Officer or COO to oversee our daily operations and bring our employees up to the next
level.
The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief
Executive Officer (CEO). You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we
expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills,
business acumen and exemplary work ethics, then we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the company and non-tech teams: Operations, Sales, Marketing,
HR, Finance
Set KPIs for performance and growth
Lead employees to encourage maximum productivity, aggressively push teams to bring
them to the next level
Continuously measure performance of company and benchmark with regional players, by
analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Establish policies that promote operation technology culture
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Manage relationships with partners/customers
Requirements
Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role at On-demand, eCommerce,
Fintech companies
Understanding of business functions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Technology,
Product
Hands-on with daily operation activities, excellent communication skills
Studying/Working abroad is a must, MBA is a plus
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics, experience with
OKRs is a plus
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
