Q1. I have been working with Ms.

Sonali for the past three years, in those three years, we

have worked on various projects, she has shown exceptional problem solving ability and
patience whilst in duress. She takes a holistic approach to a problem. She is always keen on
helping others, making sure that they are fine. She's always keen on taking up new
responsibilities and finishes those said responsibilities with satisfactory results. Overall i am
very content with my interaction with Ms. Sonali and hope she does well wherever she goes
and continues progressing the way she did these past three years.

Q2. In my overall work experience, I have met some extremely qualified individuals, Ms.
Sonali being one of them, what made her stood out to me from the rest of the crowd was her
way of thinking, To elaborate, under duress most of the people come up with a solution that
can only sustain/solve the problem for a short duration of time, where Ms. Sonali has time
and again provided me with a solution that had a holistic approach to the problem, which not
only worked gracefully for a short duration of time, but also  made sure that we do not suffer
from any consequences in the long run. Her insights and problem solving ability has helped
the team grow and prosper.
Apart from her impressive thinking ability, she is also a hardworking person, during covid
phase when sales of fuel pump went down, she single handedly engaged the community,
came up with an action plan and made sure the revenues stayed up during that phase.

Q3. In my opinion the most constructive feedback that i have given Ms. sonali is that one
should not be afraid of the outcome, one should plan, try their best, keeping in mind all the
constraints one has and then approach the problem, with a proper mindset and thorough
planning even a negative outcome can be perceived as a positive outcome and can become
a learning point for you.

Q4. Although she is extremely hardworking and successfully completes whatever task she is
given but she tends to get restless when things don’t go as she plans.
