Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

 Understand and comply with the Policy (Policy) and SOP (Standard Operating
Procedure)/SPO (Standard Operating Procedure) Main Clinical Nursing activities.
 Attendance discipline according to the schedule/shift set by the Head Nurse/Main
Clinic Leader.
 Maintain personal hygiene and main clinic facilities/facilities (sanitary and hygiene
aspects).
 Able to attend training related to the operation of the Main Clinic's facilities and
facilities.
 Able to carry out in maintaining the quality of work according to the established
Quality standards and carry out operational instructions according to the roles
regulated by the Main Clinic Leader/Head Nurse/Shift Leader.
 Be professional and maintain the good name of the Company.
 Able to assist the Head Nurse/Shift Leader in compiling shift/daily reports including
the number of patients per doctor/per practice room, the number of consumables
used for patient care, recapitulation of the number of patients and the use of
consumables, Linen Management in the Practice Room, and others .
 Communicate and coordinate actively with the Head Nurse/Nursing Manager
regarding the planning, implementation, and supervision of Nursing service
operations including quality.
 Responsible for handling emergency conditions or related to K3 at the Main Clinic.

Requirements:
 Minimum Education D3 Nursing or S1 Nursing Profession
 Have an active Nurse / NERS STR
 Experienced or Fresh Graduate
 Service oriented
 Able to work with a team, honest and responsible
 Mastering the basics of nursing and medical services, Innovative and Hardworking
 23 - 27 years old
