“Plant Wide Fluctuation Audit” Service Contract Offer : Overall Summary

Service Type : One - Time Fluctuation Assessment Audit Service.

Scope : One Site Visit for Complete Assessment, Diagnosis & Evaluation of plant wide KPIs, all Key
Process Variables in different sections and all Major Control Systems at Ammonia and Urea
Sections.

Site Visit : One Site Visit of Specialist Engineers for a Maximum of 4 Days.

Offsite Support : “OPTIMakx” Assessment and Detailed Reports.

Deliverables : * “OPTIMakx” Assessment, Diagnosis and Audit Reports with impact on KPIs.
* Establish Scope for Optimisation & Action Plan for Improvement.

Investment : Rs.3,00,000/- + Local Transport + GST + Lodging & Boarding (One Visit)

 Scope of Service to Include –

* Creation of Trend Groups and Collection of long-range and short-range data.
* Gathering of Data on Equipment Capacities, Operational Ranges and KPI Averages.
* Assessment : Main issues to be addressed but not limited to : Fluctuations in Key Process Variables,
Feeding Systems, VFD Responses, Flow Meter Responses, Utility Consumption Rate, Air / Gas Flows,
All Major PID Systems in NG Handling / Processing, NH3 Synthesis, Urea :: limited to DCM Shriram –
Fertiliser Unit, Kota Plant.
* Benchmarking of Fluctuation and their impact on KPIs (Energy Efficiency and Productivity).
* Controller Performance Evaluation for all types of situations (Disturbance, Rejection, Set Point
Change . . ) to be analyzed. Evaluating Options in DCS to implement alternate logic, settings.
* Diagnosis for underperforming control systems and establishing reasons for the same.
* Establishing overall scope for reduction in “Plant Wide Process Fluctuations” and Potential
Improvement in the performance of High Level Controller (APC).
* One Expert Service Engineer to carry out Onsite Data Collection for upto 3 Days (1 day reserve).
* Additional man days, if required (Onsite and Offsite for Assessment) are not charged.
* Travelling Charges to Kota are included in above price.

 Exclusions - following items ARE NOT included in the above offer.

* Goods and Services Tax (IGSTax - 18%)
* Lodging & Boarding arrangements during Site Visits for Two Service Engineers.
* Local Transport from / to nearest Airport / Bus / Railway Station.
* Facility / devices for special onsite measurements; if required during Audit.
* Any Data Extraction / Export facility (OPC-DA/HDA) is not part of AKXA Scope.

• Performance Benchmarking of All the Critical Auto Systems.
• List of areas / variables with abnormal variability with established scope for improvement.
• Potential to improve the performance of existing HLC (APC).
• Detailed Technical Report within Two Weeks of Data Collection + Presentation to DCM Team.

 Payment & Delivery Terms

• Payment : 100% after Completion of Audit + Report Submission (7 Days from Invoice Date)
• Delivery : Site Visit within 2 weeks of confirmation of Readiness of Site for the Audit.
