Dear Parents/Guardians,

HPB Resources and Workshops For Parents

As we approach the end of the school year, we would like to share the following resources from
Health Promotion Board (HPB) with you. We hope that these resources can help to bridge
Home-School Partnership for a healthier lifestyle for our school’s children and parents.

1 Parent Newsletter (First Edition)

This resources aim to share with parents programmes for your children, and how you can
continue building healthy habits at home. The first edition (in the series of 3) addresses the
following questions:

 What types of healthy food are sold in my child’s school?

 How can I continue preparing healthy food at home for my child?
 Embark on the “One-Week Eat Healthy’ Challenge with your children!
 Does my child school provide any programmes to help my children with stress?
 Vaping: What is it?
 How do I keep safe, hygiene and clean at home?

2. Parent Workshops
