ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2017

- Subject orientation was done by all TLE teachers in all grade level.

- Diagnostic test were given to Grade 8 to Grade 10 while Pre-test was given to all grade level.

- Mean results were submitted to the Guidance Office.

- Participated in the Parent-Teacher Conference last June 24, 2017.

- Observation was done by Ms. Marilou C. Lachita.

- Conducted the 1st TLE Department Meeting.

- Election of TLE Club Officers headed Ms. Rosalie V. Modesto

- Launching of the Nutrition Month Activities with the theme: “ Healthy Diet, Gawing Habit- For
Life!” was done during Flag Retreat and Flag Raising.

- Send a Poster Making Design to the Division of Marikina City-Health and Nutrition Office
regarding the Nutrition Month and the student from our school will be the Contestant of Marikina
in the National and Nutrition Council On-the-Spot Poster Making Contest to be hled on July 12,
2017 at NCC Boardroom, Taguig City.

- Send also an entry for the Photo-Essay Contest done by the Senior High School Student for the
Nutrition Month Contest.

- Classes with no teachers in TLE and ICT were resolved by the department.
