NOTICE

Sub: Notice for B.Tech/M.Tech St.udentsRegarding Clearance of Library Dues.

All the B.Tech/M.Tech students JhO have library dues (Books) since March 2020 are kindly
requested to return the books to the Library on or before 24thDecember 2021 positively as
the new academic session is goin~ to start soon. The students may return the books either
physically visiting to the library 0 1 through post. Also, the students who will not clear their
library dues on or before 24th December 2021 will not be allowed for the 'Online
Registration Process'of Spring setester 2022 by the Central Library.

If any student has lost/missing books, then they may order the same book(s) through any e-
commerce site (Flipkart/Amazon etc.). The students are requested to share the 'Book Order
details' with the library via Emaillso that the received books may be recorded properly in
the library. Kindly note that the bdok with the same bibliographical details (i.e. Title, Author,
Publisher, ISBNNo., Edition etc.) khould be ordered. If the same edition of the book is not
available in the market then the Higher edition of the same title may be ordered. Also, the
I
processing fee of Rs. 100/- (each book) will be charged in caseof replacement of the book
with the new one.
