retail outlets. Sample Pharmacy’s primary focus will be prescription medications and OTC
medications. However Sample Pharmacy may carry a range of toiletries and daily use items like
shampoos, conditioners and other skin and hair care items.

NAME Pharmacy plans on buying products directly from distributors. Distribution is a major
concern for NAME Pharmacy. Lot of prescription medication distributors do not supply to
organized retailers as the chemist association in the city wants to thwart the competition from
organized retailers. However, NAME Pharmacy can go to the physical location of the
distributors and buy products directly from their counter. However, there are distributors who do
supply to NAME Pharmacy at their place of business.
