The Task:
During the module you were introduced to Myers Briggs preference type, you undertook
a questionnaire, which, based on your responses, produced a report of your Type
Dynamic Indicator or 4-letter preference type. During class you were also given the
opportunity to question your type.
During this presentation, you are required to reflect on how each group member’s
preference type affects/impacts group working.
Within your presentation, you should consider:

 Your own preference type and how your type influences/impacts the group;
 The similarities of type within your group; did this help or hinder group dynamics?
 The differences of type within your group; did this help or hinder group
dynamics?
 Based on your understanding of group dynamics, what would you do differently
in future group work?

Throughout your presentation, you should attempt to give specific examples from your
experience of working together as a group to support your reflections.
Your presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

The Basics:
Your group allocation will be based upon your preference type, and your nationality, to
allow the opportunity for a diverse group of individuals working together.

expected to contribute. Groups should prepare PowerPoint slides of your presentation,
which should be submitted to Canvas on the due date.
