A guide for business owners

Understanding Your Business Account Set Up

Company Account Number
As the business owner or administrator of a business account, your account is set up with a
“Company Account” which is the umbrella account that all the cards roll up to.
 The Company Account has a 16 digit number that is not on any card. This account number
will be provided on your monthly billing statements.
 You will need this account number to access your account online, over the phone and for
Everyday Points® customers, your rewards program if you requested rewards roll up to the
company.
 You will have a Company Account, even if you have only 1 card right now, to give you
flexibility if you add employee cards down the road.
 Using the Company Account Number gives you administrative functions to make online
payments, view all card transactions and manage the cards under the account such as
setting credit limits, purchase limits and merchant controls.
 If set up correctly, you used this Company Account Number to register your online account.
Adding Your Individual Card to Your Company Account
 As the business owner, you will also want to add your card to your administrative account.
That way, you can choose the appropriate account on the home page from the drop down.
 While most of the functions will be done at the Company level, you will choose your card
account to maintain your PIN, suspend your card or view memo statements.
 Go to the right menu bar and choose “add account.” Enter all personal information for your
card. The name on your card should be your first name and last name.
